CECP offers NDIS support, Aged Care services, Veterans support, community access, personal care, domestic assistance, transport, social activities programs, and culturally respectful support.
We currently support clients in Liverpool, Southwest Sydney, Western Sydney, and surrounding NSW regions.
Yes. CECP specialises in culturally aware, faith‑respectful, and family‑centred support. We tailor services to each participant’s cultural, religious and personal values.
You can complete our Referral Form, call 1300 953 628, or email info@complementarycare.com.au. Support coordinators can also send referrals directly via email.
Most supports can begin within 3–7 days, depending on availability and participant needs. Urgent cases may be prioritised.
Yes. We support Agency‑Managed, Plan‑Managed, and Self‑Managed participants.
Yes, we provide safe and reliable transport for appointments, shopping, community activities, and social outings.
All CECP staff hold NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, police checks, and receive ongoing training in person‑centred care, cultural safety, and professional practice.
Yes. Our team can support participants with higher support needs. More complex cases are reviewed individually to ensure safe and appropriate care.

Yes. We do our best to match you with a support worker who fits your personality, culture, language, and goals.
Most people start within a few days. If it’s urgent, we try to help the same day.

At CECP, this means respecting prayer, modesty, dietary needs, family involvement, and cultural routines as part of everyday care.
No. CECP supports people of all backgrounds. While we specialise in Muslim-friendly aged care, our services are inclusive and welcoming to everyone.
Our faith-friendly approach simply means respecting each person’s beliefs and values.
CECP is halal-aware and supports halal meal preparation in the home according to family preferences and dietary guidelines.
CECP support workers respect daily prayer times, provide privacy, and adjust routines where possible.
We work closely with families to understand individual preferences.
Yes, wherever possible. CECP respects modesty and comfort, especially for personal care, and works to match workers appropriately.
Yes. Family involvement is central to CECP’s care model. We communicate openly and involve families in care planning and ongoing support.
CECP supports clients through Home Care Packages (Levels 1–4) and private care, including personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and companionship.
Yes. CECP encourages social connection through small group activities, community programs, and age-appropriate social engagements
CECP is sensitive to language needs and works with families to ensure clear, respectful communication, apart from English our support workers are also fluent in Arabic, Turkish, Urdu, Hindi, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
CECP staff receive cultural and faith-awareness guidance and work closely with families to align care with expectations, each culture has a specific coordinator who aligns clients/age/curriculum with their specific social engagement.
