How CECP Works Alongside Allied Health:
Rather than working separately, CECP focuses on communication and teamwork so supports feel more connected and organised for the participant and their family.
This may include:
- helping implement therapy recommendations at homeĀ
- supporting participant goals and routinesĀ
- assisting with communication between providersĀ
- encouraging consistency across supportsĀ
- helping participants feel more comfortable throughout their care journeyĀ
Why This Benefits Participants:
When support teams work together properly, participants often experience:
- better consistency in careĀ
- improved confidence and wellbeing
- smoother daily routines
- clearer communication between providers
- stronger long-term outcomesĀ
The CECP Approach:
At CECP, we believe people should never feel like they are navigating care alone. By working alongside trusted Allied Health Professionals and partners like Trilogy Care, we help create a more supportive, connected, and personalised experience for participants and families across both NDIS and aged care servicesĀ
